NEW YORK, July 8 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted Guatemala at 21:41:34 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 14.48 degrees north latitude and 90.65 degrees west longitude.
