The meeting of national coordinators (or senior officials’ meeting) has the major responsibility of preparing for ministerial meetings, follow up the outcomes of ministerial meetings，and formulate stage-specific work plans in consideration of technical and financial feasibility, sustainability, and impact, as well as the capacity and capability of member countries of CELAC countries. The meeting of national coordinators is held at least once a year, which is hosted by China or the Presidency country of CELAC, or another member country of CELAC agreed upon by CELAC and China. When the meeting is held in CELAC region, it will be held on the sidelines of the CELAC National Coordinators meeting.
