　　The Secretariat of the China-CELAC Forum Follow-up Committee of China was led by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, which is in charge of liaison and coordination work.The Secretariat has a permanent office to run day-to-day affairs, which is set within the Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
